This cinematic scene was entirely reimagined using custom-made sound design and orchestral layers. 90% of the sounds were recorded with a Zoom H5 and sculpted using advanced editing techniques.
Through layering, pitch shaping, and rhythmic alignment, every element was crafted to reinforce the emotional impact of the visuals — from subtle atmospheres to sharp transitions.

HEXTECH MAKING OF
This sound was designed by layering the impact of a Tibetan bowl struck with a soft mallet, combined with a metal plate hit using an iron rod. The recordings were captured using a Zoom H5, ensuring clean transients and natural reverb. EQ, compression, distortion, Frequency shifting and many more effects were applied to bring this magical sound suitable for cinematic use.

Firework Textures as Energy Layers – Before & After
I used firework recordings not only to simulate explosions, but also to craft high-energy electrical effects by isolating crackles and ignition textures. Note: the “Raw Sample” presented here has already been lightly cleaned and pre-mixed after recording to remove unwanted noise.
